About us
Software for firms that sell judgement, not headcount
ConsultSuite Pro is an operating system for independent consultants and boutique consulting firms — the practices where the people doing the work are also the people selling it, invoicing it and answering the client's email at nine on a Sunday.
Our mission
Our mission is to help independent consultants and boutique firms run genuinely professional practices without enterprise overhead. The tooling built for large consultancies assumes a back office: resourcing managers, bid teams, finance analysts, a marketing function. Smaller firms have none of that, and so they end up running a serious business across a spreadsheet, a shared drive and a folder of last year's proposals.
We think that gap is a tooling problem rather than a discipline problem. A three-person firm should be able to produce a proposal, a delivery plan and an invoice that stand beside anything a hundred-person firm sends out — without hiring anyone to make it happen.
What the product does
ConsultSuite Pro covers the full arc of an engagement in one place. On the win side: pipeline, bid decisions, proposals composed from the firm's own library, and RFP responses with a compliance matrix. On the deliver side: clients, engagements, deliverables and tasks, plus a document studio whose drafts are grounded in past work rather than generic prompts.
On the run side: time and expenses, rate cards, invoicing, utilisation and capacity planning. And throughout, a client portal that gives the client a branded, permissioned view of their own engagement — timeline, deliverables, invoices and messages — so status updates stop being a weekly chore.
A firm's knowledge library sits underneath all of it: case studies, methodologies and reusable sections that make the next proposal faster than the last one.
What we value
Client-first craftsmanship
Every feature is judged by what the client on the other side of the engagement experiences. A tidy internal workflow that produces a scrappy deliverable is a failed feature. The client portal exists for exactly this reason: the work a firm does should be visible, legible and well-made.
Plain-English documents over jargon
Proposals, SOWs, status notes and reports should be understandable on first reading. We build drafting tools that pull from a firm's real past work and live engagement data, so the output reads like the firm — not like a template with the client's name substituted in.
Respect for consultants' time
Small firms have no operations department. Timesheets, invoices, follow-ups and reporting have to take minutes, not afternoons. We optimise for the second, tenth and hundredth use of a screen rather than the demo.
ConsultSuite Pro is in early access, and we are candid about what that means — see our security posture for the unvarnished version. Questions, feedback or a hard requirement we don't meet yet: support@consultsuitepro.com.
